Notaries are the online equivalent of an estate agent, offering services like signing and transferring ownership of property, and registering property titles.
For years, the company that runs Treca has been trying to increase the amount of paperwork required to be done by the public.
In December, the government announced it was closing down some public Notary Schools, including Treca.
In a blog post, Treca said the closure was in part due to a shortage of trained staff, and a growing trend of people not completing paperwork before it was due.
“The lack of qualified staff and the high turnover of students who have moved on to the next level means that the Notary Schools are at a critical time in the development of the industry,” Treca wrote.
The company has since announced that it will open a new notary school to serve the needs of the elderly, disabled, students and those with special needs.
But there’s another option for the elderly who can’t use a Notary school.
The service called the Estate Agent is an online service that lets people sign documents and transfer ownership of their property, a process that can be quick and simple.
The only requirement is that the documents must be in the public domain.
And the cost is very low.
According to Treca, it costs $50 per day to register property, or $3,500 to transfer ownership to someone else.
Treca also offers a service that provides notaries to provide online documentation and transfers ownership of real estate.
The Estate Agent will also help the estate agent in filing the paperwork for the transfer.
The estate agent will then transfer the title to the new owner, and they can sell the property to the buyer, Trecha said.
But Treca says there are a few drawbacks to using the service.
One is that most of the time, the documents can be hard to find online.
It’s not always possible to find the deed to a home, the owner’s name and address, or a deed of trust.
It can also be hard for the person using the Estate Agents service to find out who owns the property.
The website does not provide information about the amount or quality of the notaries who provide the service, nor does it provide a breakdown of the fees that are charged.
“It is difficult to find information about notaries and what they do, or why people should choose to use the service,” Trecha wrote.
It is not uncommon for people who are unable to use a notary service to contact the estate agents, and request help with paperwork.
“We have seen people contacting estate agents for advice on the application process,” Trecca wrote.
“Some people are very confused and want to know why their application was denied.
There is also the misconception that a notarial service is a hassle, and it is.
The problem is that a good notary is a very expensive service.
The price tag can be upwards of $1,500 for the most basic service.”
Treca is currently working on improving its website, and Treca added that it is working with the government to find an online notary.
“I have a number of things that I’d like to improve,” Trechas blog post read.
“One of the things that we’re working on is a simplified system to help us better understand what a property owner is requesting.
If someone is claiming that they own property, we’re going to ask a notaries agent to show them their property titles, property descriptions, and the title and the signature of the owner.
We will also show the notary agent how to get ownership of the title.”
According to the website, Trechans estate agent services cost $5,000 per year, and there is a one-year registration fee of $250.
“There is also an online payment system that Treca will offer at no additional charge to anyone who wants to use it,” Treches blog post said.
“Once the registration period has passed, we will charge a flat fee of about $250 for each property.”
Trecha said it will also start offering a payment plan for those who want to use Treca as a service, and will offer to charge a fee for the service for any property that isn’t registered.
